Robbie is the General Manager of an export/import company specializing in electronic components and systems. He travels the world extensively during the course of his job and has visited the USA many times. He has been interested in movies his entire life and was introduced to home theater about 20 years ago with a 16mm projector and films rented from the local store. He entered the "new" HT scene about two years ago with a basic DPL A\V receiver and a LD player. Home Theater is very small in South Africa and Robbie has to import all his LD's and DVD's from the USA. Needless to say he follows the HT scene in USA very closely.
